Take a systemic view of your organisation and design a Flight Levels architecture that addresses strategy, coordination, and delivery simultaneously — rather than optimising one level in isolation. You'll learn how to sequence transformation interventions so they don't overwhelm the organisation, build the leadership capability a sustainable change effort depends on, and assess whether a Flight Levels system is actually working six months in.
