SAFe for Teams (SAFe-SP)

Understand exactly where your team fits within the wider Scaled Agile Framework — the roles, events and artefacts that govern how work flows through an Agile Release Train, and how to plan and execute iterations as part of a coordinated Programme Increment. You'll learn to identify and manage dependencies with other teams, participate productively in PI Planning, and raise impediments through the ART so blockers don't silently kill velocity. Built for team members and Scrum Masters being onboarded into a SAFe environment, SAFe for Teams leads to the Scaled Agile SAFe Practitioner (SP) certification.
