Background & expertise
Having worked across many different organisations, varying in size, type, and sector, she has seen plenty of different ways of getting the job done, and plenty that don't work. Discovering the agile way of working, after years of meaningless spreadsheet processes and headless attempts at managing people by dividing them into percentages, was the moment it all clicked: agile is about empowering teams and individuals to do their best work and respond to change.
Approach
Heidi's work spans designing an organisation's agile journey, introducing tools and methods at the right pace, understanding the business and market well enough to tailor agile ways of working to the specific situation, and working directly with both teams and management so each side understands and can exercise its new role.
