Coaching
Team coaching, leadership coaching and Scrum Master mentoring, for long-term engagements.
Four coaching stances
Good coaching means being deliberate about which of these four modes a moment actually calls for, not defaulting to the same one regardless of the situation.
Coaching
Ask the questions that help someone reach their own insight.
Teaching
Fill a genuine skill or knowledge gap before anything else is possible.
Mentoring
Share relevant experience directly, when that's what's useful.
Advising
Offer a clear recommendation, when the situation calls for one.
Knowing which stance a moment calls for is a large part of what separates real coaching from consulting wearing a different hat.
What we offer
Team coaching
Building the trust, working agreements, and conflict-handling habits that make self-organisation actually function. Includes facilitated retrospectives that produce real change, not just a list nobody acts on.
Leadership coaching
One-to-one coaching built around the actual situation a leader is facing, not a generic curriculum. Ranges from ongoing sparring on specific decisions to structured development for people stepping into bigger roles.
Scrum Master mentoring
We embed a coach with a team for a defined period, doing the job directly while building the internal skills to take over when the engagement ends. Not permanent outsourcing, a genuinely more capable team left behind.
Coaching that actually changes how people work takes longer than a single workshop. Most of our engagements run over months, with a deliberate arc: understand the real situation, work alongside the team or leader directly, and gradually step back as capability genuinely builds.
