Jesper Ørting is a knowledgeable generalist: Agile Practitioner, Systems Engineer, business owner, and HR professional, with a deep passion for developing people and teams. He trained as an Electronics Engineer at AARHUS TECH before building a career spanning systems engineering, requirements management, and agile coaching.

Jesper has been a Better Change Fellow since 2024, working freelance alongside his own consultancy and engagements including Gorrissen Federspiel and Houston Fintech & Nordic Agile, and previously Wagner Danmark, where he supported Product Owners and Scrum Masters in reducing backlog and improving Scrum practice.
