Anders Højgaard Nielsen is an experienced Scrum Master, agile coach, and systemic coach whose passion is helping teams and organisations succeed with agile.
Background & expertise
His background as a software developer, combined with extensive experience working directly with teams, gives him a genuine, practical understanding of what agile teams actually need. He has worked agile since 2009, across organisations of every size and location, from fully co-located teams to distributed, multinational teams spanning time zones, including EG Denmark, CSC Scandihealth, Teletronics (UAE), TDC, Nuuday, and Grundfos.
Approach
Anders takes a pragmatic approach, focused on identifying and facilitating dialogue about impediments to find real solutions to the real issues underneath them. He's always up for a cup of coffee, virtual or otherwise.
