Gregory Keegan

Gregory Keegan is an Enterprise Agile Coach and AI Integration Advisor based in Berlin, working at the intersection of business agility and responsible AI integration. As founder of AgileAI Consulting, he helps executives, transformation leads, and agile teams close the gap between AI pilots and real organisational scale, combining agile depth with EU AI Act compliance readiness.

Gregory's career began in software development and English-language training: he worked as a Business English Consultant and Trainer at the Berlin School of Economics, then joined Hypoport AG as a Software Developer and later ScrumMaster, improving delivery consistency and cross-team collaboration across multiple product teams. He went on to spend 11 years as a Senior Agile Coach at agile42, coaching development teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and C-suite leaders across FinTech, MedTech, and healthcare by designing tailored agile operating models. He holds certifications including Certified Teams Coach (CTC) with Scrum Alliance, ICAgile Certified Professional – Foundations of Artificial Intelligence (ICP-FAI), and is a Registered Gen AI Practitioner™.

Through AgileAI Consulting, Gregory advises enterprise and mid-market clients on EU AI Act compliance readiness, agile transformation strategy, AI use-case discovery, and executive coaching, working bilingually in English and German. He also serves as Community Lead for the Business Agility Institute's Berlin/Brandenburg community, hosting lean coffees, fishbowls, and panel discussions on agile strategy, leadership, and AI adoption.
