Javier Perez Fernandez believes many of the conflicts we experience, across teams, organisations, and societies, stem from a tendency to impose our own views rather than seek to understand others'. His passion is helping people open up to different perspectives as a foundation for collective progress.
Background & expertise
As an Organizational Development Consultant with 14 years of experience, mostly built during his time in Berlin, until April 2025, he has worked on projects in more than 22 countries across Asia, the Americas, and Europe, specialising in leadership development and organisational transformation in culturally diverse environments. He is a Certified Team Coach (CTC), ICAgile Instructor, and Flight Levels Pro, and is currently based in Madrid.

Javier integrates consulting, coaching, mentoring, and training to align strategy with execution, helping people observe systems as a whole, consider multiple perspectives, and improve them iteratively and incrementally, in service of better productivity, collaboration, and delivery times.
