Over more than 12 years, he has worked with 15+ organisations, 50+ teams, and 100+ individuals across industries including IT, banking, telecom, pharma, marketing, and HR, delivering more than 100 trainings and workshops to over 1,000 professionals on what agility actually means and what it takes to make it work in practice.

Nino combines hands-on experience working in Agile teams with coaching, facilitation, training, and consulting, moving fluidly between organisational-level improvement, leadership support, and team development. He is the founder of 3F Agile Consulting, part of the Better Change collective, and a Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST®).
